I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has car problems. I took my for an oil leak and Lance (the owner) always kept me up to date with my car and explained everything in detail. He also doesn't mind helping his clients saving a few extra dollars

Lance has become a friend and great resource after working with him and his team many times over the last 7 years. Always professional and knowledgeable. Great communication and willing to go above and beyond on the regular. These days the quality of service they provide is becoming rare in this industry. **Highly recommend if you're looking for an honest and dependable shop.** Also, if you drive anything lifted on larger tires consider getting an alignment from them. They have a very high-end alignment machine that is FAR more accurate than any of the other shops in this area. After 4 poor alignments (from other local shops and big name off-road specific shops here in Utah) on my lifted Toyota 4runner (that has many upgraded parts allowing greater alignment adjustability than normal) I FINALLY got a rock solid alignment from Lance and his team. Big thank you to Lance, Matt, and the other members of his team for making car repairs and maintenance easy for us while life is crazy.

Lance Paul and his team are amazing! We moved to the area a few years ago and encountered issues with other shops. We went to Lance Paul and received straight answers and have used them ever since. Whenever anyone encounters issues with their vehicles, we recommend Lance every time. My wife has had a great experience and we are grateful that she isn't talked down to or made to feel like she doesn't know what she is talking about. Very respectful and honest answers every time. Even auto parts stores when we tell them we go to Lance, they agree to his caliber. We love having a mechanic with integrity!

Nothing but good things to say about this shop and Lance himself. I was about 2 weeks out from a cross country move, and made the mistake of taking my truck into the Ford dealership (Performance Ford Bountiful for any Ford owners out there). The dealership kept my truck for 12 days without figuring out why it wouldn’t start, and probably never even looked at it. I scrambled last minute to find another shop to bring it to and Lance got my truck in and had someone troubleshooting the day I called him. By the next afternoon he had diagnosed the problem, sourced a replacement part, and replaced the part. He personally kept me updated throughout the whole process and even 2 months after my move texted me to see how it was running and how it held up to the cross country trip. This was easily the best experience I’ve had in a service-related encounter in a world that doesn’t seem to value quality service anymore. Thank you Lance!
