Becky greeted me with a warm smile, putting me at ease.She was a good listener, being attentive to my concerns about finding a small frame to fit my face. OPTX had many frames on display! She gave me time to try them and think. Photos taken with my phone gave me a chance to see how each looked. I did not feel rushed. Finally, I chose two frames, clear and sunglasses using high quality lenses by Varilux. I would highly recommend the services provided by Becky and the OPTX optical store.

Hands down the best! The doctors and the staff are absolutely amazing. They were engaging and did not make you feel uncomfortable one bit. I felt so welcomed there. The atmosphere, the setting, the service were superb. I most definitely recommend family, friends, and anyone to come to OPTX Rhode Island for all your vision needs. Love this place! I’m so happy I came here.
