Searching for a new “used” wrangler was time consuming and daunting especially since I wasn’t Jeep savvy. In my research I came upon Wranglers Direct and decided to take them up on their Wrangler Seeker program. I put my trust in Bob and I wasn’t disappointed. He educated me on certain types of wranglers which helped me to decide on what I wanted. Bob was able to find the wrangler I wanted and also worked hard to make sure the modifications I requested were installed! He not only made sure my wrangler looked good on the outside but that it was also mechanically sound. Bob knows his wranglers and provided me with the most stress free vehicle buying experience. My 2011 Wrangler looks and rides like it’s new! Bob not only treats his clients with honesty and respect, he treats them like family. About a month ago, I began speaking to Bobby about the possibility about me upgrading my car into one of his beloved Jeep Wranglers. As a Law School student, money and time are both tight. He worked with me in order to figure out a way to get me into the car that I dreamed of. His attentiveness and willingness to listen to my wants and needs made this car buying experience nothing like I have ever had before. His ability to explain to me what would work for me in my situation was uncanny. He is as straightforward of a "car guy" as you will find anywhere. There are no schemes, just great service. Any time I want service or customization done to my Jeep I will drive the extra miles from Connecticut to Rhode Island because the piece of mind of great service is worth any gas money in the world. It is rare that you meet someone like Bob in the automotive industry. Bob is a very honest, transparent, helpful and knowledgeable man and that oozes from the service that he provides to you. Bob was so helpful from our first interaction on the phone when we (boyfriend and I) gave him a call on a Sunday from his Car Gurus post. We spoke to him for a good 30 minutes about what we were looking for and he said he had a Wrangler we might be interested in. He was right! Since I was switching from a Honda Civic to a Jeep Wrangler, I test drove the car 3 times before making my decision. Before the second test drive, Bob told us that he noticed a shake when accelerating to 60 mph and we felt the same during our test drive. I thought that was great that Bob told us about it before the second test drive because Bob could have literally sold me some jacked up Wrangler, but he did not. He just said he would take care of it and he did! That bad boy rides so smooth and we are so happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to purchase a Wranglers or get it serviced!
