Me and 3 others from my company, went to PTI Systems dealer/installer training at there Asheville, NC office Feb 25-26. From the moment we walked in to the time we walked out there was nothing but positive hospitality, professionalism. One day dedicated to PTI Systems and the next to Digitech Systems. The level of knowledge from all 3 trainers, Elmer, David and Robert was awesome. I have been installing both PTI and Digitech for 20 years and had the luxury of working for PTI for 5, this training was an awesome refresher course for us who have been doing it for a long time but also a benefit to any new technician learning these systems for the first time. Its hard to condense the amount of info that is available on these systems in one day but considering the amount they covered in one day, they did a great job and it's hands on, they don't just talk at you and its not a sales seminar. The only downside in the small training rooms, but its manageable. If the opportunity comes you way jump at the chance to take the training. I have a security installation company. PTI Security products are top of the line, and the support from PTI is excellent. What you get is direct support from real company employees, with a solid background in the product. When we do a support request ticket, PTI personnel respond within a few minutes to a couple of hours. We pay a nominal, annual fee for preferred support, but even without that, they respond as quickly as possible. Try getting that level of support from any other major company, especially considering that PTI offers support free of charge, long after the product warranty has expired. They have pride in their products, and commitment to their customers. In my opinion, there is no better value in the industry.
The team at Total Maintenance are professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They gave us a resonable quote for the work that we needed to be done. Thier work was done when they said it would be and the areas were left cleaned and ready for the next stage of landscaping they will be doing. It is so great to find a company that delivers!

Greg’s Japanese Auto AZ replaced my broken Wheel Hub, and made my Prius sound like it did before. They checked my AC and got me back on the road. I was originally going to look for a Toyota Dealer but knew they would try to talk me into purchasing a new car which I don’t want. So now I’m so happy to have found Greg’s. They shuttled me home while my car got repaired. You guys have an excellent warranty. Not to mention your turn around time is extremely quick. It’s great to know you can take us in as a walk in when something goes wrong and you always make time. You guys have gone out of your way to save me and my mom money and for that I am eternally greatful. I especially want to thank Jeff for bending over backwards even when we drive you crazy. Thank you for fixing my clutch, doing my oil change, etc. This is the place to go for maintenance and Major Repair.
