Ive been here a few times and with different cars. They dont mind my 5 year old taking up the whole floor at 9am so they definitely get high 5s. 😁🤪 The do an excellent job and have never tried to sell me something I dont need so as far as my "go-to" these guys won me and I totally recommend them to anyone. . Friends have been using Sal for years and are very happy with him. I have a lot of landscaping and many palms that really needed a good cleaning, and an area that we decided to change. I met him Tuesday and he took his time surveying everything carefully and listened to my concerns and opinions. After he gave me a very fair quote, we planned on starting the next day. His crew was incredible. They worked the entire day, did a beautiful job, and left my yard, patio and driveway in pristine condition. Not only that, they came back the next day to address the area we wanted to change. Again, beautifully done and left neatly.

I find it hard to believe that the reviews on Google are speaking of the same company that I just dealt with recently. My business was directly with Lance Comstock the owner of PTI Security, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular! Lance allowed me to tour the facility, introduced me to his staff, and thoroughly explained why his products and services were superior to his competitors. It does not take long to see that Lance is very passionate about his business and is quite an innovator. In the past few months I have conducted three separate transactions with this company, and have been floored by their level of expertise on all levels. Lance is an honest, hard working guy, and his company is absolutely set up to be proactive if a problem is to arise. My experience was great. and I highly recommend this company to all who need their services and products.
We are very pleased with Total Maintenance. We hired them to do our lawn service a couple of years ago along with some extra plantings and tree trimmings. Sal and his crew are quick to respond, excellent at what they do, and are extremely tidy. Recently, we hired them to plant, tile work, and even adjust the size of the pool equipment on another property we own. The work was nearly instantaneous and beautifully done, and Sal’s quote was very fair. Also, in the wake of Hurricane Dorian we were lazy about our coconut palms, even though Sal did send us a text reminding us, with a very fair quote, which was ignored. Needless to say, we called him and his crew was here the next day - Saturday- to take care of our potential dangerous missiles. Great company!
I have a security installation company. PTI Security products are top of the line, and the support from PTI is excellent. What you get is direct support from real company employees, with a solid background in the product. When we do a support request ticket, PTI personnel respond within a few minutes to a couple of hours. We pay a nominal, annual fee for preferred support, but even without that, they respond as quickly as possible. Try getting that level of support from any other major company, especially considering that PTI offers support free of charge, long after the product warranty has expired. They have pride in their products, and commitment to their customers. In my opinion, there is no better value in the industry.

I could not have imagined a more incredible venue for our wedding! As soon as we arrived to have a look around, we were convinced - it’s a red brick house, with a sweeping drive that leads up to both the house and church (St Edmund’s, 50 steps from the front door of the hall!), and stunning gardens including a flower garden courtyard in the middle of the house...we knew it would be a great venue for the guests, as well as for the photo opportunities it would provide!
Robert and Charlotte Brackenbury were incredible - no question was too small or too big to ask, and they treated us like family! We really felt we could decorate to our hearts delight to make it feel “like ours” for the day, but also that we could ask for advice at any point. We had the Hall the entire day before and both Charlotte and Robert were there to help.
